120 g Chocolate, bitter
120 g Butter
150 g Brown sugar
2 Egg (s)
60 g Flour
1 Egg (s)
250 g Cream cheese
60 g Sugar
1 pack Vanilla
Preparation
The chocolate in a saucepan melt the butter. Stir constantly. Add the brown sugar, then the eggs and stir well with a hand blender. Add the flour and stir again.
For the cheesecake mix together remaining ingredients all mass and creamy beat.
Two thirds of the brownie mixture into the mold, remove the cheese cake mass on the remaining amount of the brownie mixture on top and tighten with a fork, a marble pattern.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
