Fudge Brownies

Ingredienst for 20 Portions 

195 g Flour
½ tsp Salt
225 g Butter, in pieces
450 g Sugar
60 ml Coffee, cooked
300 g Chocolate, bittersweet
60 g Unsweetened chocolate,
1 point Vanilla
4 large Egg (s)
2 cups Walnuts, coarsely chopped


Preparation


Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Grease rectangular shape (size 9x13 inches, that is about 22x33cm). 
In a bowl, mix flour and salt. 

bring to a boil in a pot of butter, sugar, vanilla and coffee over medium heat, stirring well. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until all chocolate is melted. This chocolate mixture to cool slightly. Stirring occasionally. 
Eggs with a spoon, fold into the mixture and mix well. 
Flour and salt to undergo until everything is just good enough stirred. Walnuts subject. 

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth out. Bake 20-25 minutes. In glass molds tend to be longer (+ 7 min). Rods may have glue sticks in quiet sample in the bottom third of dough or a little Teigkrume. 

Cool in the tin. If required Frosting or chocolate icing over it, but need not be. Cut into small squares. 

Violent chocolaty brownies, but highly recommended. I hope you like them so well!
