Cinnamon rolls

Ingredienst for 1 Portions 

500 g Flour
42 g Yeast (yeast)
60 g Sugar
250 ml Milk, lukewarm
100 g Butter, liquid
50 g Butter, softened
150 g Brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
50 g Icing sugar (powdered sugar)
1 bottle Flavoring (vanilla), or rum flavoring
3 tablespoons Milk


Preparation


ask for the correct temperature of the milk this for 30 seconds at 150 W in the microwave. 
Yeast in the lukewarm milk crumble. A tablespoon of sugar (from the 60 g taken away) in the milk to dissolve yeast. Flour and milk mixture and knead well go in the oven at 50 degrees about 15 minutes. Then the remaining sugar and add the butter and mix until a smooth, smooth, not sticky dough is formed.
