Clint's Chili con Carne

Ingredients for 3 portions 

1   Onion (s) (onion) 
1   Pepper (n), green 
1 clove / n   Garlic 
4 tablespoons   Oil 
500 g   Ground beef 
4   Tomato (n) 
1 can / s   Kidney beans (250 g drained weight) 
1 can / s   Maize (140 g of sample) 
6 tablespoons   Tomato paste 
1Chili pepper (s), red hot, hot peppers or pepper 
1 tsp   Basil 
TL   Cayenne pepper 
1 tsp   Sugar 
3 tsp   Paprika, rose sharply 
  Salt 


Preparation 

Finely dice the onion, chop the garlic finely, cut the peppers and the tomatoes into cubes. The kidney beans in a colander and rinse. The chili pepper cut and remove the seeds, then cut into small strips. 

Heat the oil in a large frying pan or a casserole can be hot and sear the meat hot until it is gray and crumbly. Then add the chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic. The whole roast until the meat is slightly browned. Now the kidney beans, the corn with the corn juice from the can, the tomato paste, the diced tomatoes and add some water.The whole thing over medium heat cover and let simmer for about 20 more minutes. 
Then add the chili pepper with other spices and leave everything for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly open simmer until desired consistency is reached. The chili with salt and serve hot. 
This white bread or ciabatta.
