Mexican Burritoauflauf

Ingredients for 4 portions


8 Tortilla / s (soft burritos) 
1 jar sauce (Fajita Hot) 
3 peppers (s) 
2 onion (s) 
500 g chicken breast fillet 
1 cup rice 
1 cup sour cream (10% fat) 
1 pkg cheese, low fat, shredded 
1 can of corn 
Olive oil 
Garlic 
Salt and pepper 
Paprika 
n. as sambal oelek 





Preparation 


Cook rice. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan. Sauté chopped onions. add Sliced meat and fry. Add chopped peppers and fry. Add rice and boiled corn. Toss with the sauce. Evt. sharpen or seasoning and set aside. 
The 8 tortillas spread, squeeze garlic in the sour cream and spread each tortilla with garlic cream. Then a spoonful of the rice-meat-vegetable mixture on each tortilla, roll and place in a baking dish. If all 8 rolled tortillas side by side, give the remaining mixture on it.All sprinkle with cheese and oven baked until the cheese is melted. 


This meal can be prepared well, if one evening and guests will not even want to last in the kitchen. Moreover, it is suitable for leftovers because you can close the several other vegetable scraps.
