Pico de Gallo

Ingredients for 4  Portions 

4 Beef tomato (n)
1 Onion (s)
1 Pepperoni
1 clove / n Garlic
1 bunch Coriander
1 Lime (s)
Salt
Pepper


Preparation

Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into
small cubes, chop onion and pepper finely, garlic through press, cut coriander leaves finely, mix together and season with salt, pepper and lime juice, can pull 1-2 hours, serve as an accompaniment to fajitas
