Chili con carne hot and spicy

Ingredients for 4 portions


500 minced 
2 tin / n Kidney beans, red 
1 large can / n tomato (s), peeled 
1 large can / n Maize 
some tomato puree 
500 ml broth 
Salt and pepper 
marjoram 
Paprika, sweet and spicy 
1 pinch of sugar 
n. as onion (s) 
n. as garlic 
Tabasco 
Chili powder 
1 chili pepper (s), sharp 





Preparation 


Ground beef with onions and perhaps some butter fry. Drain the beans and add. Corn, tomatoes, tomato paste and add broth. With salt, pepper, Tabasco, chili powder, 1 hot chilli pepper, marjoram, sweet and hot paprika and a pinch of sugar season. simmer 2 hours over low heat and stirring occasionally. If necessary pour in broth, so it does not burn. 
Serve with bread or bread.
