Beef Puebla Art

Ingredients for 4 portions

800 g of beef from the leg

50 g chocolate, bitter, at least 70% cocoa 
2 tablespoons vinegar 
1 stick / n cinnamon 
1 liter of broth 
Salt and pepper, black 
Coriander leaves 
Oil for frying 



Preparation
