Mexican Tortilla - Wraps with chicken filling

Ingredients for 4 portions


1 Pepper (n), red
1 Tomato (n)
1 Carrot (s)
1 kl. Dose / s Corn
1 can Kidney beans
1 Onion (s)
250 ml Tomato (n) happens
200 g Chicken - meat
1 tsp Vegetable oil
50 g sour cream
4 Tortilla / s
1 pinch Salt and pepper
Chili powder and ground red pepper
Vegetable broth (instant)



Preparation

The vegetables and meat into bite-size pieces. The onions with 1 teaspoon oil in a Teflon frying pan. After 3 minutes add the meat. After another 5 minutes, add the remaining vegetables and fry everything. 
The tortilla wraps in the hot oven 150 degrees set in order to be warmed when the filling is ready. Microwave can also be used. 
After 10 minutes, pour the strained tomatoes to the vegetables and stir. Add the spices and let it cook for about 5 minutes. The warm wraps on a plate and spread the stuffing in the middle. The sour cream evenly spread with a spoon and roll the wrap and serve. 

Tip: The vegetables can of course also be modified at will.
