1 Cabbage, pickled
2 Bay leaf
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
For the filling:
1 Onion (s)
2 clove / s Garlic
600 g Mince
1 Egg (s)
4 tablespoons Rice
1 tsp Paprika
For the sauce:
1 Onion (s)
2 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons Oil
1 tsp Paprika
125 ml sour cream
Preparation
Detached leaves of cabbage, cut thick leaf stalks flat. Approximately 14-16 of the larger leaves aside for filling, cut the remaining leaves finely.
For the filling chop onion finely and fry in oil. The minced meat with egg, rice, onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and spread on the cabbage leaves. First, roll the sheet, then turn sideways.
