African Recip - African chicken pot

Ingredienst for 4 Portions 

1 Chicken (ready to cook Poularde, about 1.5 kg)
125 ml Chicken broth
8 Tomato (n) (about 750g)
150 g Peanut butter and finely ground peanuts
2 Zucchini (about 200g)
Salt and pepper
Rosemary


Preparation


Subtract from the fattened chickens the skin, cut chicken. Rinse chicken pieces and place in a large pot. Pour in the broth and slowly bring to a boil. The tomatoes with boiling water Peel, cut in pieces and give to the meat. Cover and simmer low heat for about 40 minutes. 

After 30 minutes cooking time for peanut butter (peanuts) Stir. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. 

Clean the zucchini, remove stem and blossom approach. Wash zucchini and cut into small cubes. 10 minutes before end of cooking in the pot and season all over again. 

As a side dish tastes grain long grain rice or couscous, cooked in a steam gross wheat semolina.
