200 g Powdered sugar, sifted finely
4 cl Amaretto
1 kg Mascarpone
1 cup / n Coffee (cold coffee or espresso)
1 pack Ladyfingers
50 g Cocoa powder
Preparation
The egg yolk with fine powdered sugar and Amaretto beat to a cream.
Then fold in the mascarpone.
A dish with ladyfingers interpret this spread by both sides with the coffee / espresso. The mascarpone cream on the biscuits and smooth out. Top with a second layer of ladyfingers (also coated with mocha).
The tiramisu then at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, preferably overnight so the flavor permeates.
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
