Ingredienst for 4 Portions
2 cups Rice (long grain rice)
1 Pepper, red
50 g Lard
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
½ tsp Paprika, rose sharply
Salt
4 cup / n Chicken broth or bouillon
2 m-wide Onion (s), possibly
even one that is a matter of taste
Preparation
Drain the washed rice and leave. Peel onions and chop finely. Core pepper, cut into small cubes. Schmalz heat, sauté onions and peppers 2 yellow min. Rice, tomato paste, paprika and salt and stir fry until until the fat is absorbed. Pour hot broth and let Duvec swell at low heat 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
