Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredienst for 20 Portions 

125 g Chocolate, bitter, at least 70%
125 g Butter
2 Egg (s)
250 g Sugar
125 g Sour cream
125 ml Milk
200 g Flour
50 g Cocoa powder
3 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1 pinch Salt
100 g Chocolate, dark chocolate, in pieces
100 g Chocolate, whole milk, cut into pieces


Preparation


Preheat the oven to 190 ° C preheat. Thoroughly grease the muffin tin. 

In a water bath to melt the chocolate with the butter. Remove from heat. 
Eggs and sugar until creamy. Then blend in sour cream and milk. 
In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 
The flour mixture and butter mixture to egg mixture and mix to the hand. Stir in the chocolate chips last. 

Each muffin tins ¾ fill with the dough and sprinkle with some chocolate chips of your choice. 
Ca. Bake 20-25 minutes until they jump up a bit.
