African tomato - chicken with rice or couscous

Ingredienst for 4 Portions 

4 large Chicken legs, rinse, dry or
1 Chicken, ready
1 Onion (s), peel and dice
1 Pepper (s), yellow, cut into strips
1 Pepper (s) cut green, stripes
1 tube / s Tomato paste
1 large can / s Tomato (n) mashed,
Salt and pepper
Curry
Olive oil, for frying
500 g Rice or
500 g Couscous
Paprika
Chili powder
Herbs, dried



Preparation

At first, the chicken or the chicken thighs, place in a large pot and cover with water. Warning: There should not be the whole pot full of water because it may be that it is too thin! The whole season then with about two teaspoons of salt and cook for half an hour on a hot stage with a lid. 
Then a little olive oil in a large pan and fry the onions golden brown. Then come to the peppers and half a tube of tomato paste. That whole mix well and then add the can tomato puree and season with salt, pepper, paprika, curry, chili powder and dried herbs if you like, really good season. 
Now give everything to the cock, and again half an hour, cook over medium heat. Stirring occasionally and when it is too thin to give the other half a tube and season again if necessary. 
In the time between the rice or couscous and chicken to serve.
