Australian Recipes - Chicken Peri Peri

Ingredienst for 4 Portions 


2 kg Chicken - Parts
400 ml Tomato Ketchup
350 ml Fruits - Chutney
125 ml Worcestershire sauce
80 ml Lemon juice
4 toe / s Garlic, pressed by the press (or more)
Cayenne pepper or to taste Peri Peri




Preparation


Chicken in a layer put in a roast pan. Dust with Peri Peri. 

All other ingredients in a measuring cup mix and pour over the chicken pieces so that all parts are covered with the sauce. 
Bring to boil, then put down and simmer slowly until the parts are done. Ca. 40 to 45 minutes. 
If the sauce is too thin, just leave at the end boil down a bit. 
Serve with basmati rice and green salad or green beans. 
An alternative is to cook the dish in the oven. At 200 degrees until the parts are cooked, about 1 hour.
