Soup Recip - Bihun Soup

Ingredienst for 4 Portions 

150 g Chicken breast fillet
150 g Glass noodles
10 Mushrooms, sliced
5 Mu Err Mushrooms
40 g Sprouts (mung bean sprouts)
80 g Bamboo shoots, shredded
1 small Carrot (s)
1 Pepper (n), red
1 liter Water
1 cube Chicken broth
3 tablespoons Soy sauce, dark
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Curry powder
3 tablespoons Rice wine or white wine,
1 tbsp Vinegar (rice vinegar)
2 tablespoons Oil (sesame oil)
1 tsp Sambal oelek
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch Salt


Preparation

Mürren mushrooms 30 minutes in warm water to soften and cut into strips. Chicken breast and cook about 20 minutes then cut into strips. Carrot and bell pepper cut into strips. Glass noodles with scissors into approximately 4-cm-long pieces. Water to a boil, chicken broth and remaining ingredients to add to the noodles and the spices. Once the soup boils again, add the spices and the noodles. Ca. Simmer 6 minutes.
