Ingredienst for 3 Portions 
1  Chicken, cut into 10 parts
3 liters  Water
4 tablespoons  Salt
2 tablespoons  Pepper
6 tablespoons  Paprika
80 g  Flour
½ liter  Oil
1 tsp  Chili powder
3 tsp  Cayenne pepper
2 tsp  Garlic powder
Preparation
Three tablespoons of salt to the water in a large bowl and place the chicken pieces. The covered bowl set 8 hours in the refrigerator. 
The meat under cold water, pat dry and rinse off thoroughly. The remaining salt, pepper, flour, paprika, chilli, garlic powder and cayenne peppers in the freezer bags provide a stable and shake so that it's all mixed. Three pieces of chicken into the bag, seal and coat well by shaking. 
The first frying chicken with skin side down, 6 minutes, then turn and fry another 9 minutes.
