USA Recip - Broccoli - Chicken with Potato Chips

Ingredienst for 6 Portions 

600 g Chicken breasts or turkey breast
1 Broccoli
1 point Chips (potato chips)
500 ml Hollandaise sauce
60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons Oil
250 g Yogurt
150 g Crème fraîche
Spice mixture (Brathuhngewürz)
Salt and pepper
Paprika and chili powder


Preparation
