Chicken with prunes, honey and cinnamon

Ingredienst for 4 Portions 

2 tablespoons Olive oil
800 g Chicken breast fillet
450 ml Chicken broth
3 Tomato (s)
Salt
Pepper
125 g Prunes
1 tsp Honey, liquid
1 tbsp Ginger, freshly grated
50 g Raisins (or currants)
1 pinch Turmeric
Saffron
150 ml Water
Sesame seeds, toasted
1 stick / n Cinnamon



Preparation

Tomatoes and scald skin and cut into pieces. 
Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the chicken breasts in it. Add the cinnamon stick, tomatoes, broth, salt and pepper. Heat the pot until it boils content can even, then simmer covered for about 30 minutes carefully remove the lid towards the end of cooking time. 
In the meantime, cook the plums with honey, ginger, raisins and saffron for 15 minutes in water until soft. The chicken breast in a warmed serving bowl and give them warm. 
The cooking liquid can reduce a little. The plum mixture, and let it heat up both about 1 minute. Pour over chicken and sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over it. 

Serve with rice or couscous.
